At Welcome Health & Aesthetics, we provide a comprehensive initial consultation, including labs and a one-hour session to assess your goals, health habits, and disease risk. Our Nurse Practitioner collaborates with you to develop a customized Weight Loss Starter treatment plan featuring medication and vitamins/supplements, ensuring you are fully supported. With weekly check-ins, we help you stay on track and accountable to your wellness and aesthetic goals, empowering you to thrive in optimal health. Your first visit is just the start of a new chapter in your health and wellness journey. Perhaps weight management is only part of your concerns or source of frustration. Welcome Health & Aesthetics offers expertise in whole person care - mood and mental wellbeing, nutrition, hormone replacement, and sexual health, just to name a few. We can combine treatment options, address common yet multi-factorial causes of fatigue, mood changes, low libido, weight gain, signs of aging, and more. The ultimate goal is to help you feel more like yourself and embrace life, family and friends, activities, and moments that bring you joy!
Cancellation Policy
WELCOME HEALTH LLC, dba Welcome Health & Aesthetics Services Client in receipt of this agreement has contacted Welcome Health, LLC, (dba Welcome Health & Aesthetics) for the purpose of initiating services, including but not limited to: weight management, hormone therapy, medical aesthetics (Botox or Jeuveau, Juvederm filler, chemical peel). Client agrees to pay a deposit in the amount of 10% of service at the time of booking, which will be applied to service or treatment. If the client reschedules less than 24 hours prior to, cancels less than 48 hours prior to, or "no-shows" the scheduled appointment, the deposit will be forfeited. Payment at the time of services Welcome Health, LLC (dba Welcome Health & Aesthetics) will bill the Client and requires payment, less any deposit paid, at the time of services. The Client agrees to pay in full for office visit, labs, and special order compounded medications at the time of consultation, and development and agreement of plan of care, and ordering of labs or medications. Monthly medication supply will be ordered after receipt of payment.
