Ericka is a Certified Nurse Midwife and Women's Health Nurse Practitioner. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Marist College and both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Nursing from Georgetown University. With more than 15 years of experience in women's health, Ericka has expanded her skills to encompass hormone health, weight management, and medical aesthetics—services that improve patients' health, quality of life, self-image, and confidence.

Ericka Lavin, MSN, CNM, WHNP-BC is a member of multiple professional organizations, including American College of Nurse Midwives (ACNM), Nurse Practitioners in Women's Health (NPWH), World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH), and The Menopause Society. She has completed continuing eduction from The Menopause Society, NPWH, trained with experts from Allergan, Evolus, and more. Additionally, she has a background in the fine arts, life drawing, and design.

Since 2009, Ericka has resided in Hampton Roads with her spouse, four children, and dog. Having navigated various life stages as a military spouse (with over five household moves), stay-at-home parent, adult student, and caregiver for aging parents, she brings a wealth of personal experience, along with evidence-based knowledge, compassion, and artistry to every appointment.
