Instead of trying to treat specific areas or line with a the least amount of product, we have developed an upfront, fixed pricing plan using Jeuveau® - one of the newest neurotoxins on the market. We have found most clients are pleased with neurotoxin treatment using 40-50 units in the upper face. Your treatment plan will still be customized to your unique facial features, expressiveness and goals, and help you look wide-eyed, refreshed, and still like yourself! If more than 50 units is recommended or desired for best effect, you get a discounted rate per unit over 50. If you desire regular treatments of 40-50 units every 12-16 weeks, you may want to consider one of our monthly membership plans!

Cancellation Policy

WELCOME HEALTH LLC, dba Welcome Health & Aesthetics Services Client in receipt of this agreement has contacted Welcome Health, LLC, (dba Welcome Health & Aesthetics) for the purpose of initiating services, including but not limited to: weight management, hormone therapy, medical aesthetics (Botox or Jeuveau, Juvederm filler, chemical peel). Client agrees to pay a deposit in the amount of 10% of service at the time of booking, which will be applied to service or treatment. If the client reschedules less than 24 hours prior to, cancels less than 48 hours prior to, or "no-shows" the scheduled appointment, the deposit will be forfeited. Payment at the time of services Welcome Health, LLC (dba Welcome Health & Aesthetics) will bill the Client and requires payment, less any deposit paid, at the time of services. The Client agrees to pay in full for office visit, labs, and special order compounded medications at the time of consultation, and development and agreement of plan of care, and ordering of labs or medications. Monthly medication supply will be ordered after receipt of payment.
