Welcome Health & Aesthetics arose from my desire to create a healthcare environment that transcends the conventional, insurance-driven system. Although the yearly preventive care exam is essential for your overall well-being, it often falls short in providing the personalized attention you deserve. With long wait times and limited one-on-one interaction, addressing all your questions and concerns within a standard 10-minute appointment can be challenging.

At Welcome Health & Aesthtetics, initial consultations are booked for one hour, therefore we will have time to discuss your history and where you are now, evaluate, and make a plan for ongoing care.

Whether you want to lose weight, be stronger and more grounded, improve your hormones to align your body and mood, or soften the signs of aging and bring back your spark and your confidence, Welcome Health & Aesthetics can help you feel well and feel good about yourself!

Ericka Lavin, MSN, CNM, WHNP-BC founder, Welcome Health LLC Nurse practitioner with over 15 years experience in healthcare, women’s health, reproductive and sexual health, and health education. I am a mother, a spouse, a business owner. I understand the challenges of trying to balance work, school, family, and still take care of yourself, and know that your time and money are precious resources. My background in social work, nursing, and the fine arts allows me a unique perspective on health and wellness. I bring to the clinic an emphasis on evidence-based treatments, self-empowerment, compassion, and whole-person care, with an eye for beauty and balance. Together, we will develop a personalized plan that prioritizes your health and wellness, with the goal of helping you feel great about yourself, inside and out.

All consultations and treatments are performed by a licensed, experienced Nurse Practitioner, with expertise in aesthetic injections, women's health, sexual health, hormone therapy, gender care, and trauma-informed care. Our mission is to provide compassionate, whole-person healthcare in a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment.
